Brian Snyder

Brian Snyder is an award-winning, Boston-based photojournalist for Reuters covering local, national and international news stories and sporting events, including U.S. Presidential campaigns and primaries since 1992, Hurricane Katrina, the Academy Awards, the Olympic Games, World Cups, the opioid addiction crisis, and the intertwined Covid-19 pandemic and protests for racial justice.

After freelancing for 15 years, Snyder was hired as a Senior Staff Photographer with Reuters in 2015 and is a graduate of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Tufts University.
