Adriana Heldiz is the assistant visuals editor at CalMatters. She has previously worked at The San Diego Union-Tribune and Voice of San Diego. Adriana is a first-generation Mexican-American born and raised in Chula Vista. She is also an alumni of San Diego State University and Southwestern College. Her experience includes photojournalism, video editing, motion graphics, graphic design and social media management.
